I served as the curriculum leader supervising the development and revision of courses with direct alignment to the CDE, SPA, and NCATE standards and administered the development of rigorous and relevant curricula confirming course content and coursework that is engaging and enhanced through technological modalities. I facilitated professional development to enhance the pedagogy of our online faculty and assisted in the transition to the Desire to Learn Learning Management System. To enhance the assessment system, I aligned learning outcomes to individual assignments in the online modules.
